My research focuses on emotion regulation and health promotion within the context of political and structural frameworks. In my work, I am particularly concerned with health-related behavior in everyday life and the role of complex environmental and policy factors, such as in the area of nutrition. The goal is to situate psychological processes within a broader societal and health policy context and to identify starting points for effective prevention and intervention strategies. In teaching, my focus is on practice-oriented work in Health Psychology as well as project-based learning. I integrate psychodynamic perspectives as a complementary approach to understanding health-related experiences and behaviors. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
