My research focuses on emotion regulation as well as the investigation of mindfulness, affective reactivity, and depressive symptoms in everyday life. Methodologically, I primarily work with ambulatory assessment methods (Ecological Momentary Assessment) to precisely map emotional processes in natural life contexts over time. Currently, I am an employee of the EVENTS study<\/strong>, which investigates emotion regulation processes in recurring, emotionally relevant everyday situations. The goal is to gain a nuanced understanding of how people react to daily stressors and flexibly regulate their emotions. The results make an important contribution to the further development of evidence-based, mobile, and just-in-time adaptive interventions for the prevention and treatment of affective disorders. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
